Pretty Strong, produced by the Never Not Collective, follows eight of the world’s strongest female climbers as they explore new climbing areas, send hard projects and push the boundaries of the sport and themselves. Although a landmark film for women’s climbing, critiques of Pretty Strong resulted in an important and constructive discussion about the intersection of feminism, climbing and storytelling.
